So, I was on the way to the mall today and got gas at the reservation. I paid 2 dollars and 50 cents per gallon. If we are buying our gas at 60 dollars per barrel, then why on the reservation am I still paying this? Even worse, the gas in the Bahamas is expected to get up in between 5 and 7 dollars a gallon! How much money would I have to pay for gas if I was vacationing in the Bahamas? I mean rental cars are not cheap and then the gas. So who is ready to go on vacation?
How is it possible for people traveling to the the Bahamas to fuel up these million dollar yachts. Seeing that gas on the water is even more expensive than on the road, will this cause a decrease in tourism? This islands income depends mostly on tourism and the question I raise is within the months to come will the tourist begin to question their amount of travel as we are here in Western NY?

Journey to The Atlantis Resort
The Bahamas is known for having the famous Atlantis Resort. The resort is a legendary and lavish property on Paradise Island, near Nassau Bahamas. The resort is amazing offering experience such as swimming with the dolphins, a water slide surrounding by sharks, and giant aquariums. This is a favorite vacation spot to many celebrities such as Janet Jackson with rooms costing up to $25,000 a night. The resort also has a cinema, night clubs, casino, activities for children, and many expensive dinning opportunities.
I did not stay at the Atlantis, but I was about a 10 minutes walking distance away. I thought it was amazing. There was a ton of things to experience. I really enjoyed seeing the different people, and right outside was a place for people to dock their yachts. The yachts were incredible and it was crazy to think people really have so much money to spend on their yachts.
If i ever had the chance to stay at the Atlantis, I would definitely stay there!
